You were on top of your exercise game…you spent time on your passions…your life was organized around your priorities…and everything seemed full of promise and possibility!
Fast forward to today.

The mid-life malaise can make you feel like nothing is going right. Meanwhile, it can be hard to pinpoint exactly what’s wrong. There’s just a general sense of feeling down, “blah”, and disconnected.
The pre-evaluation will help you:
Achieve crystal-clear clarity on your aspirations across all the key areas of your life.
Identify the precise points of alignment and misalignment with your deepest desires.
Pinpoint the exact areas that are causing the most dissatisfaction or pain in your life, allowing you to prioritize areas for growth and transformation.

Unlock Your Patterns: As the saying goes, “those who do not remember the past are condemned to repeat it.” By the end of Phase 1, you'll have a laser-focused understanding of the stories and patterns that brought you to the mid-life malaise, empowering you to reshape your future.
Write a New Story: You’ve been telling a story about your life that’s keeping you stuck. But stories can be told from different vantage points. In phase 1, you’ll mine for the wisdom you gained from your past experiences and use this new insight to flip the script on your narrative. You’ll then craft a new story that uplifts you and launches you forward - saying goodbye to malaise and hello to momentum!
Get Your Brain On Board: As soon as you write your new story, your brain will jump in with all the reasons it’s not true as a way to keep you from doing anything different. (Different = scary and unsafe to your brain.) In Phase 1, you’ll snuff out those sneaky limiting beliefs, face them head on, and cultivate new beliefs that support your aspirations.

Paint a Picture: It’s hard to do something if you can’t even dream it. In Phase 2, you’ll tap into possibility and your imagination to create a bold dream for your future. By the end of this phase, you’ll have a clear and inspiring vision for your sizzling second act!

Plan It Out: In phase 3, you’ll create an action plan, broken down into specific, tangible steps, that will take you from where you are now to where you want to be. It’s time to take that dream and turn it into your destiny!
Buy Into It: Fear will always show up when you get ready to make a change. The key is allowing it to be a passenger on your journey; not the driver. In phase 3, you’ll consider powerful coaching questions that will help you to fully buy into your plan, so your fear doesn’t hold you back. You’ll get crystal clear on how your plan aligns with your values, the high stakes of inaction, and the exciting possibilities available to you if you stay the course.
Review and Revise: As the poet, Robert Burns, said, “the best laid plans of mice and men often go awry.” As you initiate your plan, obstacles are bound to arise—internal doubts, external challenges, and unexpected changes. Succumb to these hurdles and you risk returning to your mid-life malaise. Confront them head on and you can emerge with strengthened resolve, more determined than ever to create your sizzling second act! That’s what we do in Phase 3!

Celebrate!: More than likely, your dream isn’t going to happen overnight. It takes time. And that means it’s easy to get discouraged. That’s why Phase 4 is all about strategies to keep you motivated and moving forward! You’ll zoom out and look at the big picture - celebrating your progress, evaluating the key lessons you’ve learned, and identifying and committing to your next steps.
Uncover Your Purpose: Knowing your purpose sets your life aglow with direction and meaning. In our final week together, you’ll distill everything you’ve learned about yourself over the last 8 weeks into a clear statement of your purpose. As you graduate from Mid-Life Mastery, this will be your guiding light for all your actions in your sizzling second act!
